Turkey Breast

This one I got from my sister. I love it because you just throw it in the slow cooker and it has the potential to be multiple meals! (Depending on your family size, of course.)

1 bone-in (or not) whole turkey breast, 5-7 lbs
4 fresh rosemary sprigs
4 garlic cloves, peeled
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt

Preview of final product:

(If frozen, thaw turkey for 1-2 days on a shallow plate or tray in the fridge.) Place the whole turkey breast in a six-quart slow cooker. Sprinkle sugar, pepper, and salt over it. Place rosemary and garlic all around. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until meat thermometer reads 170 and turkey is tender. Slice and serve.

If you don't have 12 people eating, do like I do and FREEZE the rest for salads, sandwiches, or soup.
