Banana Walnut Cake With Chocolate Avocado Frosting

Intrigued by the idea of using avocados to make frosting, I had to try this. The consistency of the frosting was smooth and creamy. I loved it. You could probably even eat it as chocolate pudding. Pretty neat.




The cake turned out okay, but I baked it too long so it was a little dry. (Notice the crumbly texture.) It was a yummy dessert, but I will make it again sometime, moist-er.
