Gingerbread Loaf
I just love gingerbread so instead of making cookies I made a loaf of gingerbread for Christmas.
It was so yummy with a whipped cream cheese frosting.
This was the first time I had ever used grated apple in something. That added flavor.
I would venture to call this "gingerbread cake" instead -- we ended up eating it with a fork!
