Tuna Salad

Some things taste better when you add a little a lot of crunch to them.




12 oz canned tuna in water, drained & forked apart
1 c sliced celery
1 c spinach or mixed greens, chopped
1 c sliced grapes
1/4 c mayonnaise
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
pepper to taste
sunflower seeds

Mix up and serve on bread, or wrap in lettuce, or eat all by itself! Serves 3-4.
